PROTOTYPE PROGRESS

In this game, players embody an adventurer who, departing from New York in 1891, tries to lower the world record for the duration of around the world trip. In the era of the industrial revolution, coal and steam, in a fantastic world inspired by the work of Jules Verne, you begin an extraordinary journey.

The objective of the game is to win the race around the world by completing the most optimized course. The greatest adventurer will manage to set a new world record, under the mark of 67 days.

On each game turn, the player:

Place his adventurer to determine the order of play;

Collect a combo of “stopover” and “travel” cards in the center of the playing surface;

Connects the “stopover” card to his personal board;
-
Play up to 3 "travel" cards.

The cards in play include collections that further reduce the duration of the adventurer's journey around the world.

The 5 types of “travel” cards correspond to 5 strategies for optimizing the duration of the journey around the globe.
